Not height, but the size of the frame. Rin is listed as 83cm, but Hisao mentions a number of times how she has the thinnest frame of any girl, so her cup size could be competative

I like to think Lilly's questioning herself why she's bothering to look at Hisao if she's blind, concequently closing her eyes.
