That's possibly the most random group of three from the main cast they could have picked.
Which makes it perfect combo for a Nichijou parody image.
(BTW, Nichijou is one my top five favorite animes...)
I like all the girls in KS, but empathize with Hanako the most.

You're thinking about it wrong

Mai would be Hanako due to the quietness and the reading, Mio is Emi due to the pigtails and Yuuko is Shizune because she's the best girl there

I've never seen the anime it's based on, but you sound wrong.

Speaking of crossovers, always loved this one...
Although in actuality I think Miki = Kyoko and Madoka = Misha

The thought of turning Kyuubey loose on the Yamaku campus...
But on the topic of KS and magicial girls, If there were a version of Yamaku Academy in a world where magicial girls existed, (depending upon how they worked) there would undoubtedly be several ex-magical girls attending with various levels of combat damage. Or, as the webcomic
Megatokyo implies, their unlucky boyfriends...

Good point.
And eyyy, I think I found a new one! At least I've never seen this before, which means it must be fairly rare anyhow.

Sadly, I've seen pathetically little anime... I really need to catch up but I barely even watch TV anymore, and when I do, I don't have time for full series binges. I've made it a goal to watch more this Summer, though.
Anyways, Emi is basically perfect-looking, but if she wanted to get her hair dyed pink I would be very supportive of that.

Before he came? Canonically, that's untrue, unless he has a gown fetish we don't know about.

Damnit Spunky, I bet you
comforted Misha didn't you?
Haha, we were referring to his arrythmia and how he'd be so shocked at how beautiful she is he'd drop like a rock as soon as he saw her.
Because as everyone here well and knows, Lilly is bestgirl.
