The piano picture looks great until you look at it for a few seconds and then it's kind of horrifying in a "something is terribly wrong with Lilly but I don't know what" sort of way.

It's the arms and the inconsistent skin tone. :p

I think he may have extracted the sprite for Lilly, traced over it, then filled in the body using MS Paint.

I love the interpretation of Pac-Man where he's a just a lowly worker retrieving golf balls left all over the course by the rich masters and the ghosts are all previous workers who got conked on the head and killed by incoming golf balls in the line of duty.
