I liked Kenji in Shizune's route, especially the threeway argument between him, Shizune and Hiaso. He's funny when he's pitted with other characters and the game knows when he shouldn't be around, like how he's mostly absent in Rin's darker route.

Over half of the things coming out of his mouth are so comically absurd.
I love the interpretation of Pac-Man where he's a just a lowly worker retrieving golf balls left all over the course by the rich masters and the ghosts are all previous workers who got conked on the head and killed by incoming golf balls in the line of duty.
