I am utterly baffled that some people interpret Hanako's H-scene as a rape scene.

The scene isn't rape, but it is really complicated. Hanako never actually says 'yes' at any point, and all along she is giving non-verbal signals she is very uncomfortable with going that far that quickly. Now, at some level she did want exact that to happen, but like a lot of people she clearly has a lot of internal emotional conflict around sexuality.

I think you would have to do far worse than misinterpreting mixed signals from a girl who later admits that she was practically forcing herself on you despite her own better judgment to call it rape.

Yes, the situation was still all kinds of messed up, but come on. Rape is a very serious accusation.
