I just realized, SEtou Kenji is only one letter off from SAtou Lilly... and they both have poor eyesight. Lilly is already Shizune's cousin, so perhaps she is somehow distantly related to Kenji through an accidental typo on someone's birth certificate?! Probably the result of a feminist conspiracy. Also I would totally ship Kenji x Lilly for hot blind sex

Honestly I could see Kenji ending up with Rin if I had to pick any of the girls. He's pretty chill with her during her route because he thinks she's a guy, so he probably would be the least distant to her if he found out she's a girl. Although then again if I remember correctly he does seem pretty nice to Lilly in her route too, so he at least respects her.

Their names are written in Kanji....so perhaps she is somehow distantly related to Kenji through an accidental typo on someone's birth certificate?
Being phonetically close is no indication at all on how easy it would be to change one into another via a typo.
Emi > Misha > Hanako > Lilly > Rin > Shizune

Not to mention the fact that Satou (and its variations) are really common surnames. (kinda like Jones) Kenji and Lilly could both be called Satou and still be believably unrelated.

I only meant that he would probably at least make the effort to get to know her before he realizes she's a girl, so by the time he does find out she's a girl he'd hopefully still be friends with her regardless.
