Hey, I was wondering if anyone knew a about an anime that has the same feel as Katawa Shoujo. (:

I've watched only one that fits the description and its name is Hanbun no Tsuki ga Noboru Sora.

KS has so many different kinds of feels that it would be difficult to pick an anime that would contain them all.

What in particular do you want to feel? Joy? Happiness? Pain? Remorse? Arousal? Heart-crushing sadness?

Since it's supposed to be KS-like, I believe you're looking for a VN adaptation. I think Clannad has some of the feels mentioned above.

If you're asking for slice-of-life VN-based Anime, then: Clannad, Kanon, Air, and Majikoi ~ Oh! Samurai Girls.

Heart-crushing, but not sad all the way. Something that makes me stare in the the screen for a long time, just to reflect over what i just witness

Clannad, Clannad: After Story and Angel Beats! are what you're looking for then

KS invokes many feelings. Various animes invoke many feelings. Various non-animes do the same. "KS-like" is really too vague a term...And what affects anyone else may well do nothing for you, so recommendations are flimsy at best.

That anime made me play KS.

Tis true, I doubt any anime could be on a KS level. Just the ability to choose your own path and having all the feels (Go ambiance music!) is something I can't see in anime.
