Though I think the prices they're planning to charge are a bit steep, considering most of the articles are supposed to be free...

I have no idea what this is about, but is it OK with the devs?

(I don't speak French and Google's translation was even harder to understand)

Actually is playing the piano/learning/running/bored/chatting with some friends/hanging out with some friends/training/doing something else right now.

They probably cleared this with the devs in advance. What they sell does contain a few physical goods (Booklet, etc.) so they will have costs to offset.
