The H-scenes were realy cute. And they were having some kind of near to reality in it in some way. Liked the pictures much and the writing ^^ I wonder if guys are realy thinking like that during sex?

Uhh the H-scenes, I had a conversation with another Katawa Shoujo player not too long ago, related to that topic.
I think they're all very well drawn and not too exaggerated, and they kept them pretty realistic which I don't see very often, because a lot Visual Novels, I played with Adult-content are completely mindless, like: "Hey, you like my little sister, let's have sex too! She won't mind."
The only problem I had with the H-scenes is that the stories were so distracting that I couldn't focus on Hisao having sex, which certainly is not a bad thing. Quite the opposite actually.
