Hanako's route struck me as way more sugary/"cute" than Rin's. It has its dark parts of course like any other route, but definitively not in the same style as Rin's route.

It's a play on the bluntness/simplicity of how Hisao think (or most players in general).

They can't undestand Rin's deep thought-cycle and philosophies, but sure as hell they know inside-out that her pussy is 'deep'

I got the good ending! It was very cute, I loved the end picture. The other endings were so depressing though.

Now that I'm done, I'd rate the routes from my favorite to least favorite as Shizune, Lilly, Hanako, Emi, Rin. Though Hanako and Emi are pretty much tied for me, I liked Hanako's just a little more.

I'm going to miss this game!

People usually read visual novels for entertainment. If you aren't entertained by Rin's arc, there's absolutely no reason why you should do it. Personally, I loved the arc and at first, it did seem a bit stale to me too. But as it progresses, it gets really emotionally investing. But then again, different people have different tastes.

I can't tell you what to do. I can just give you some advice to not knock it till you try it.
