i honestly dont know, but i have a feeling it came from this

it was simply changed to Misha and her "drills"

It comes from the old phrase "oh god my sides" -- when you tell a joke and someone laughs so hard that it hurts. From there is spawned "oh god my X", where X is a funny characteristic of the laughing image in question.
