We do get defensive on here when others call it cripple porn ... but isn't it with that scene Hisao is penatrating (sp) Hanako and they don't censor any of it like in all the other sex scenes

It's actually a grim parody.

That scene embodies Hisao as "the guy who only downloads KS because it's cripple porn", because in that scene, he was only interested in getting his dick wet.

And because of this, there's a distinct lack of censorship in said scene, because that fact that Hanako had a working snatch is the only thing Hisao was concerned about.

It depends on your definition of porn. If porn to you means something with at least one explicit sex scene, then KS is porn. If porn means something that has no other real merit than simple fap material then KS isn't porn. The semantics of the word have been argued time and again and any new ones are pretty useless at this point.

I don't see KS as porn. With the Hanako route, it was a key point of the plot. Without it, the arc would have almost none of the impact that it has now.

Take the manga Futari Ecchi. Its about a man recently married to someone due to an arranged marraige. Each chapter ends with a sex scene, one way or the other. There are crazy amounts of sexual things, but its not porn. Why? Bevause theyre played for laughs and the main focus is about a newlywed couple trying out and getting used to various things about sex. Its actually very educational and impossible (well at least for me) to fap to.
