Looking for the hallway painting ending

I recall, and I think this dates back to the Act 1 demo, a video with a spoof ending where the hallway painting kills the player as they gaze into it.

Does anyone remember this and can they link me to it?

LOL. That was funny. But I really doubt that this kinda thing would be in the game, as 4LS seem to have gone for a semblance of reality. :)

Wait, that's not from the Blooper Reel thread?
Hanako's favorite joke is The Aristocrats, but she never tells it because Lilly finds it really offensive. Instead, she practices her delivery in front of a mirror when she's alone. It's the only time she never stammers.
