Also "This follows the controversy over another visual novel called 'Rapelay'..." - I would totally play a visual novel of that.

^^ Yeah, Rapelay is a very real (and bizarre) game, although i think with all the controversy it has it would be near impossible to acquire now. Then again it's not like i have made much research about where to get it so probably if you investigate on dark circles of the internet you might find a lead.

Nah. Games don't affect life unless they're illegal or your grasp on reality is null.

That's what i meant though, or at least i always assumed that Rapelay was illegal... At the very least you certainly don't want your date seeing that

It's legal in Japan but illegal in the UK, I think. In Sweden you'd probably get lifetime for ever looking at it... Oh man, I'm in trouble.

I've heard that Sweden had very restrictive/retarded regulations regarding fiction lately, but i didn't realize it was that bad. Looking at the bright side, if you get caught with it you'll be remembered for generations to come!
