Nah, I just realized that I was claiming that it came straight from a dev when in fact I couldn't remember exactly where, so I should shut my mouth. I posted shortly before seeing that AUra was telling me to not post answers in the ask thread, so maybe I'm being super awkward about that.
Anyway, I remember about halfway through the Ask thread, someone asking about Hanko's vagoo, and one of the replies had a long list of things that can break/perforate the hymen before sex even occurs, which would imply that Hanako was mean to have been a virgin all along. I can't provide a link, though, because it is way late. It honestly makes more sense to just assume that she was a virgin anyway, unless you want to give her a horrible past full of sexual abuse.

Why has no one suggested the most likely idea - Kenji dated both!
His breakup with Emi lead him to become depressed until he met Yuuko.
Unfortunately, after they had sex he realised that he still had unresolved issues and became convinced that the two were part of a conspiracy against him, which later became more developed until it became a VAST FEMININE CONSPIRACY!
