I personally am absolutely baffled by the fact that Jigoro has more votes than Hideaki.

If it's for secondary characters, that would be a tie between Akira and Yuuko.
But you're asking favourite minor character, those who have little to very little screen time, those you don't see on every arc, like Miki Miura or Meiko (aka Emi's Mother). Then, for me, it would be Miki. This game definitely needs more Miki.

Do not know Sae yet, but so far I'd have to say Miki.

She is attractive. She is also a good friend to Hisao.

And how she fumbles with that bandaged stump is kinda cute, too.

My top 3: Akira, Nurse, Sae

Akira: Likable, has style. Her picture while she's waiting for Hisao by that tree with the beer can in her hand is wonderful, too.
Nurse: So-so in most arcs, but really comes to life in Emi's. Very likable.
Sae: The most complex and interesting side character; I keep coming back to her. She fascinates me.

I figured Sae would have the least votes out of three, so I voted for her. There's no clear ranking anyway, so why not?

Maybe the fact that he's a 10th degree jackass. You can't even really describe him as tsundere, either, since he never shows any affection whatsoever to Hideaki or Shicchan.

I can point out some points that make me believe he is a tsundere.

He shows affection--only differently and in a 'unique' kind of way. Shizune can be described as a tsundere too.

When there was Misha, Jigoro, Hideaki, etc., she'd keep a professional relationship with Hisao.

But when there's no one else but them...

1. Rooftop, festival fire works (she's making her first move)
2. After tanabata (she wants to be alone with Hisao. Misha knows this, or probably is an accomplice in this)
3. At her house, sofa. (you know she wanted Hisao to make the first move. Too bad he's too dense to realize that)

and when all else fails...

4. At her house, Hisao's room (you get the drill)
5. Rooftop, lunch time (she's hinting Hisao to make a move on her when they're at the rooftop. Again, too bad he'd too dense to realize it)
6. Student Council office (this time, she deliberately makes Hisao realize her poking/flirting/intention and wants him to make a move. Now he gets it)

Those are some of the more 'visible' romance point in Shizune's route. There are subtle ones scattered all around. Anyway, back to Jigoro!
