Character's personal mottos

I read somewhere that all the characters have personal mottos, ie. Rin's is "Do what you can't because you can".

I can't remember the other ones though.. anyone able to oblige?

KS's English Wikipedia page has their personal lines, but they are the ones from the main page, leading to respective girl's character profile, if you click them.

Does anyone else think that the character sentences correspond better to a different character?

like, for example,
Lilly: Can you tell me what you think? Telling Lilly your thoughts and concerns is the way to get her good end.
Hanako: Can you stand up for yourself? Hisao needs to learn to let Hanako stand up for herself.
Rin: Can you see what I see? That no one can answer this question is the source of all the drama in her route.
Shizune: Can you seize the day? Fits with her personality.
Emi: Can you face your fears? What her path is about basically.
