Otherwise I might actually have to use the family filter!

I'd rather not make a sarcastic comment about people playing it at work... I actually hope they have more common sense then that.
Common sense is not as common as the name would make you think

While it may seem like the devs were censoring Kenji because he was naked, they weren't. They were censoring him because he was a male.

The story itself is entirely heterosexual, and therefore it would be odd if Hisao (the main character, supposed to represent the player) was eying Kenji's     .

The sex scenes themselves are not supposed to be censored, either. In Hanako and Rin's scenes, for example, you can actually see reproductive organs.

Well...Lets not go into the whole feminist thing here...but I consider a girl topless equal to a guy being topless. And unless she is playing with herself, or have someone playing with her breasts, it is not H. Many manga and anime that are aimed at mature audience can have scene where the characters are being naked, but they are not pegged as H because there is no sexual action taking place.

Also, as a quick note, if you're talking about the H-filter censoring Kenji during the shower scene, that's not the H-filter. The fig leaf is there whether or not the filter is on. Comedic effect.
