Isn't it ironic that rain on your wedding day isn't really ironic? Depending on your worldview it's either fate, bad luck or bad planning.
Also, I kind of agree with Naba. While I do invest a good amount of time and effort into KS, so far I haven't had to fantasize about fictional girl's sexual preferences. (Not saying you do, but threads like this one do give the impression.)
So, from that perspective, I don't consider Naba's post ironic either.

Maybe if KS were any other project then this might hold some weight. But there will be sex in the full game, and lots of it. So I think it's perfectly reasonable to wonder what would happen with the girls between the sheets. It's completely related to the game. dude... that's the joke. I was pointing out the irony in Naba's post, in someone who's got more posts in a shorter time than most anyone on the thread telling us to go outside, with a song that says it's about irony but really isn't. it's irony within irony, man. Ironyception!

as for the rest of it, go to any fandom forum. people talk all the time about the characters' sexual preferences. sometimes they get into huge arguments about whether some character is gay or not. fights start, people get violent. so what we're talking about here is nothing new. and besides, I think it means the devs are Doing It Right if we can talk about what the girls would be like in bed based on what we've seen of their characters so far, like they're more real to us. talking about it doesn't make people obsessive (okay, I get it, I'll stop talking about Rin's chest), just means we're fans. nothing wrong with that.

And I was pointing out why I don't consider Naba's post ironic. It's something about quantity vs. (perceived) quality of the posts - though the latter is of course very subjective - and the fact that there are multiple ways in which one can approach KS-fandom, some of which might be considered by some as unhealthy...
