Well, this game is being made by people who grew up outside of Japan for the most part, and is being hyped up by a -ton- of people here in the states. Best get used to our inferior 'murican speech patterns.

i think shoujo as shaw-jaw would sound the closest if we're going to use english as the pronunciation base. however this is irrelevant. It also depends hugely on how you choose to pronounce bro, example being it comes a lot closer if someone chooses to say it as "brah"
