Not sure about viruses, but Kenji would be the virus detection that sees false positives everywhere.

Lilly: The Lilly virus spreads through the system slowly and methodically taking the time to firmly entrench itself in the system's archtechture. It often causes the moniter to go dark for extended periods of time. Commonly found with the Hanako Virus. When it attacks a system infected with the Shizune Virus. It triggers a cascade the crashes the whole system.

Is that supposed to be a challenge?

Oh, you can have a foursome between the strong and weak nuclear forces (sub-dom?), gravity and electromagnetism.

On topic now:

An old but tenacious virus who's original name has been all but forgotten by the hacker community (it is referred to simply as the "Nurse" virus) disguises itself as a helpful program of some sort, that pops up with "help" messages all the time to make your life easier. Unfortunately, trying to close the pop-ups causes them to reappear in greater numbers and more forcefully, and in time they will crush your computer.
It usually attacks computers who have been infected with Emi (the Emi virus leaves a special back door for Nurse)

I have one "The Civil War Virus-A virus in which all of the viruses merge before the computer explodes it hacks the Pentagon launching all the nukes and crashes all the satellites and then sends a message into space saying "Thank you for all the fish.".

How the heck does that have anything to do with the thread's topic of imagining what the characters of Katawa Shoujo would do to your computer if they were viruses instead of people?

Well, the OP has you pretty well-covered there.
bradpara wrote:Shizune: The Shizune virus is very agressive attacking vital areas of infected systems and seeking to take over. Extremly difficult to remove once it has infected a system. It has a crious habit of disabling the sound cards and corrupting audio files. The virus orginated in Australia and used the country's advanced information infrastructure to spread all over the globe. Usually found alongside the Misha Virus. When it attacks a system that is also infected with the Lilly virus, it often sets off a cascade effect the crashes the system completly.
I added emphasis to the relevant sentence by making it bold.
