...most plot points depend on assisting the girls in things they can’t do, like carrying things for armless Rin or informing blind Lilly of what the sunset looks like.
I wonder if that guy read another VN...

"sad girl in snow" type stories
Not from the main article, but one of the comments... And just think, with the opening scene of KS, doesn't it also have a "sad girl in snow", too? :P

Ok, so maybe more panickey than sad, but still...

Well, she did say that she doesn't agree with that now.

Yes, but there's not a single scene in KS where you describe a sunset to Lilly...
Also I don't agree that you typically help the girls with tasks relating to their disabilities. In fact KS tries to avoid this as far as possible - completely as far as Shizune, Hanako and Emi are concerned.

It's good that she gave it a second chance. Because you can't judge a book by its cover, right?
And some advertising isn't bad either.

I think the author meant the scene where you first met Lilly and the sun sets after they talked a while. But Hisao isn't describing it if I remember it right.

It seems like almost any article about KS is going to have a few small inaccuracies, judging by the ones I've read so far. Blame deadlines, perhaps. Personally, I figure it's best to look past that and just appreciate the fact that it's usually painted in such an overwhelmingly positive light, considering the subject matter and media.

Anyway, I've been reading Japanator for quite a while now and I was pleasantly surprised to see this article on the front page the other day... even if they did use the outdated group shot with loli Emi as the header. Seriously, her new design has grown on me hard. (innuendo intended)

Mostly since (as is Emi's case) you wind up spending most of the time with your own problems. I bet it might come up later in the full game.

You're right.
There are more normalfags at a Star Trek convention.

Nice review, all in all. And if I remember correctly this is a follow-up review by the writer which I think is a first for KS. From reading some of the reviews in the past it was like the writers were afraid they might catch "VN cooties" or something.
