Agreed. Even the other bad end was ultimately dissapointing

Hanako makes an awesome USO-DA! Angry face (just short of the slit pupils) combined with this quote, that scene was a pile of awesome, and made me rethink some parts of her arch:
"It's written on your face, it's written on Lilly's face, it's written on everybody's faces!
I see a therapist every week, Lilly dotes on me as if I were her cild, and now... even you!
Nothing's changed, nothing at all! I hate Lilly, and I... I hate you more than anyone...!"
I found this quote to be extremely depressing when I stumbled upon that ending.
That Quote was awesome, its her big moment, the so called Shrinking Violet exploding in a mushroom cloud of rage and tears, it has the force of a sledgehammer.
Don't just eat that hamburger, eat the HELL out of it!

Every other thing Shizune "says" when Lilly came by while she and Hisao were building festival stalls is gold.

Shizune: [You wouldn't know, since you never go outside. Did you run out of tea?]

Later...

Shizune: [I'll devour you! >O<]

When Lilly takes her leave...

Shizune: [Stay classy.]

I couldn't help but think about Anchorman when I read that. (At least she didn't say "Go fuck yourself.")

I tried not to fall for you, but I did. And then I tried to keep you at a distance, like my my first boyfriend, but I couldn't. But I've been so scared, because I don't want to lose you..."

Kenji: You can't trust that blind nazi bitch!
Hisao: But aren't you...you know...as well...
Kenji: Tsk! I'm only legally blind, but metaphorically I've seen longer than any man ever has!
Hisao : ....

...Or something along the line

I almost wish somebody mentioned my bad eyesight now that I could quote this IRL :D

From Shizune path:
Misha "Why are you both doing this, Hicchan?"
Hisao "Because Shizune still wants to be your friend. I guess that for her it's kinda like launching a nuclear missile from submarine, you need two keys to do it."
Misha "..."

A word for a meal between lunch and dinner

Post by Paddy » Thu Apr 05, 2012 10:02 pm

This isn't exactly my favourite quote, but I'm playing through again to see Rin, and this popped up:
Rin wrote:What word would you use then? There is no word for a meal you eat after lunch but before dinner, right?
I couldn't help but say:
TEA! TEA! FOR THE THOUSANDTH TIME, TEA!
Did this bother anyone else?
Hisao wrote:But the afternoon is slowly making way for the evening, so our lunch becomes more of a dinner. Or whatever the word for an irregular meal like this is.
TEA!!!
