The game appears to have garnered quite a following. I wonder if the Devs will be invited to more conventions after final release. Though, with their work done, I'm not sure what they would have to talk about.

Wouldn't post-release discussion be way more interesting? There'd be topics other than shit that's been regurgitated for a year+ now, and less necessity for secrecy. That aside, I doubt we'd get (or accept) many invites. The geographic distribution and general mindset of 4LS doesn't really lend itself well to this sort of thing.

<Suriko> I would do it if it wouldn't be so hard to explain to my parents

To be perfectly blunt with you in the way only a Brit can.

You won't find many conventions willing to associate themselves with you due to the subject matter of KS and your origins on 4Chan.

And it's not a bad thing.

Depends on what the long term plans of 4LS are (if there are any)

Any long term plans we might or might not have definitely won't include anything that would be affected by convention appearances in any way.

They're good advertising.

If you decide to try your dapper little deviant hands at making money off of VNs then advertising will be essential no?

Well, English-language VNs don't exactly seem to be a lucrative business...

With the game being free, KS isn't helping change that.

Yeah, but even if it wasn't, everybody would just pirate it anyway.

that was my first thought.

Stopped being surprising a few years ago. Some people just create things cause it's fun. the devs say they prefer if we payed for charity then them.

Heck, if orphans made pro VNs, I'd gladly give them food.

Actually, I suspect most of the questions you get from the audience during your panel will be answering a lot of the same issues you have gone over in the forums; when will KS be done, why doesn't Misha have a path/what is her disability, how do I make my own VN, why aren't you making a version without sex scenes....

You two should be able to answer 90% of the questions in your sleep. The remaining 10% those tend to be polar opposites. They will be either (.05%) new and extremely well thought out questions, or (9.95%) incredibly stupid questions that will want to make you start killing brain cells by drinking massive amounts of liquor right there during the panel.

Sorry, the chance of this happening is exactly 0%. My girlfriend has declared my 'man boobs' a 'Suriko free-zone' and signage will not be allowed. (I'm sure knowing this relieves Suriko of a minuscule amount of stress.)
