Here's what I think:
They are always together, rarely separable, and do everything by themselves. And Lilly's upbringing in an all-girls school could develop yuri tenancies. also, I think there's a loose connection between Lilly and Mugi (from k-on!), who is hinted to be lesbian. Also, Lilly's name is one extra "L" of a translation to "yuri".

Am I close?

FWIW, if you trawl through the old board you can find a few posts that hint towards possible Shizune/Misha and Lilly/Hanako pairings, which may or may not have any bearing on the game as it exists today.... We do know for sure that lesbianism would be in the game "in a couple of forms" (according to Suriko IIRC), though, so there you go.

But yeah, all of them. *adjusts goggles*

This thread brings to me a question that ties both this thread and 'girls in other paths' thread, if the girls are naturally shunted to be getting all happy in the pants with each other, are there going to be any overt hints towards this if you are on a particular path? (Say, for instance, I'm taking the Shizune route, end up checking Lilly's special room for some tea to bring to the chief and end up barging in on L and H having a shy necker on the table, that'd be a pretty damn obvious indicator)

I doubt yuri goggles would completely explain the Lilly/hanako vote leading. I just chose the two I figured i'd be most likely to get along with in RL. if you get along with Hanako, you'd probably end up getting along with Lilly as well (or vice versa). the other pairings don't quite have that same kind of thing going for them.
