Spent a while playing the random VN game on VNDB (didn't find a lot interesting... most of it was like hardcore hentai rape/tentacle shit) but this cropped up...

As for the image, I feel like the black haired girl could pass for having a slight resemblance to Hanako, if the other side of her face had scars. Which for all we know, it might.

Probably. The red haired one does look kind of Rinnish in the corner though...

The song actually fits Hisao, the image... Hanako and Akira's (SCIENCE) daughter? And a side effect of the SCIENCE was that their daughter got Hanako's scarring? (OK, if it weren't for the red eyes, I'd just say she's a Hanako lookalike.)
