I saw this picture before, and was also interested in finding the source. Goes without saying, but yes, for science.
So I know it's from
this anime. (Episode 12. I didn't actually watch it, but that's what Google Images tells me.)

If you happen to have a spare copy of the Midwinter artbook for sale, I'd be grateful if you let me know :D
That one day was a good one.

Something a little bit different but I'm sure you'll see the similarity ...

So, Hanako's already Two-Face (obvious reasons), Batman (parents are dead), and Violet Parr (for reasons I've already mentioned), and now she's Psylocke too? How many more superheroes and supervillains can we fit into this girl? (Come to think of it, Doctor Doom is said to be horribly scarred under that mask...)
Side note: Why does my spell checker recognize "superheroes" but not "supervillains"?

Harem ending...
She's also Sandor Clegane.
I love the interpretation of Pac-Man where he's a just a lowly worker retrieving golf balls left all over the course by the rich masters and the ghosts are all previous workers who got conked on the head and killed by incoming golf balls in the line of duty.

Burnt Face Man is obviously the next step.
