Iwanako-scene from Hisao's point of view.
Yeah, I know, Iwanako-lookalikes aren't too hard to find because... we don't know what she looks like in the first place. But compare this to the CG: the clothes are almost identically, both in form and color. The only notable difference is the fact that the real Iwanako does Zettai Ryouiki, which, frankly, seems like a stupid idea in the middle of the winter.

It would be great if he would have drawn the backgrounds for KS.

Homura/Hanako and Sayaka/Shizune, perhaps. Not very alike though.
But Mami/Lilly fits pretty well, I think.

Oh, you guys. Well I've never seen that show, so to me, they look like Shizune and Misha.

Revy gives me an Emi vibe on this pic. Balalaika isn't really a lookalike, but feels like a mix of Hanako and Lilly, so I chose this pic featuring the two.

/edit: will edit the pic and reupload, was mighty big before.

I played the routes in that order, every ending and all.
Ranking after full playthrough:
