I think I've seen too many drill hairs for me to make a real connection between them, even with similar hair colours.

Though I can see Misha wearing a giant disfigured head that shoots food seasoning from its nose and breathes fire, like that one woman in the picture.

I believe she should be Misha with different hai- ehm, everything. But I see the left expression, I admit.

There's a drill. And a darker hue for her hair is what I think he was going for. But yes, the two are pretty dissimilar.
It's a good thing Shizune is deaf, she is the only one who can stand (not) hearing "Wahaha~!" over and over.
