After browsing the entire thread, I came across Smoku's post way back on page 5 and I can't believe I never noticed before...

Naoto Shirogane from Persona 4 (the same character as the one in that image) looks strikingly similar to Shizzy when she wears the 'TV-World glasses'. It's also worth noting that Naoto reportedly has the biggest breasts out of the female party members. Coincidence?

Naoto doesn't have the biggest breasts. That achievement probably goes to Chie. She does, however, have far larger breasts than she usually shows(under her uniform, that is), as can be seen during the bath scene, which is probably the reason Rise is shocked to see her medical papers.
