I don't know anything about the series it's from ("Maria-sama ga Miteru" apparently), but you don't get much more lookalikey than this:
Found via a quick Google search for "drill hair," by the way, which yielded some pretty
terrifying examples.
"I don't care," said Pierre, "I'm from France."

Habitually?
And what about the shape of her bangs and the way the hair on each side is gathered into a loose bundle that leads down to the braid/drill?
Or the way she hangs around that guy without apparent care for his opinion on the matter.
Misha does it "habitually" because she is a sprite with a limited number of poses. Comparing the braids to the drills is like saying Emi is a Misha lookalike.
True, but the effect is that she's often in that pose, and so is Hiyono who doesn't have the excuse of being a sprite.
I think you're overlooking the overall similarity of the hairstyles. The braids and drills are in the same position, aproximately the same size, and the othe parts of the hair are similar. Emi's hair looks nothing like either.

That's how they normally look.
Unfortunately they don't look anything like KS characters in the anime. probably not in the manga or novel illustrations either.

Well dang. What sucks more is that the delete button is gone.
Delete away, mods!

Hmm. Lookalike might be too strong a word for them... but somehow, I just don't think I can bring myself to complain too much about that picture.

I didn't look if anyone posted this but this is Tenjouin Saki-senpia from To Love-Ru.
I can't believe I didn't remember this before, she has drills representing Misha but it is her laugh that takes the cake. This is the link for the episode she is in.

The first thought that popped into my head when I saw that was "Why is Lilly cosplaying as Misha?

"
