Right away when I saw Emi, I thought she looked like Maka from Soul Eater. The both have green eyes and thin blond-ish twintails. Lilly looks (and acts) like Tsumugi Kotobuki from K-on! as well. Hanako could be Hinata from Naruto...but it's a stretch.
