The hair style is definitely Hanako, but the hair color and eye color belong to Misha. Bad shop. The lighting done on the hair is something beyond my grasp.

I finally regained the ability to take screenshots, so here's a few of Hiyono from Spiral, cheerfully saying something outrageous and twice making a gesture that should be familiar.

Misha does it "habitually" because she is a sprite with a limited number of poses. Comparing the braids to the drills is like saying Emi is a Misha lookalike.
