Well, Hana Isuzu from "Girls und Panzer" is the same type of proper lady as Lilly. They are very similiar in their classy and polite behaviour. I even wondered, if creators of anime were inspired by Lilly ;) But probably it's popular archetype.

the anime is called "Girls und Panzer" = "Girls and Tank". It's an anime where girls drive tanks for a school sport (don't ask)

Recently picked up Etrian Odyssey IV, and one appearance option for the Runemaster class really looks like Rin, except for the eye color. Even the facial expression reminds me of her. So of course I chose that appearance and named my Runemaster Rin.
Also, Violet Parr from The Incredibles is totally Hanako's alternate universe duplicate, and for more reasons than just appearance. (If Hanako could make herself invisible, she'd never be seen again.)
Yuuko > Akira > Miki > Meiko > Sae.

Sounds really weird. I've once saw a music video with clips from it. I was very confused after that.

She looks... attractive. Is that a good thing or a bad thing?

Both. She'd probably cut your throat while fucking you.
