I think Nodoka From the anime Negima?!? Master Negi Magi reminds me of hanako except that hanako has a bad past they both look about the same act the same theyre both shy and cute and they both have purple hair but thats just my opinion google it and make the judgement if u want

It's about a lonely and socially awkward girl with dark hair over one eye who has a (seemingly) blonde-haired blue-eyed friend that she believes is prettier than herself, and she also happens to wear a familiar-looking hat and some headphones in multiple panels.
