A big issue, I believe (and I think it's been mentioned before) is that her sprite is seen dead on, while most of the other girls are shown in 3/4 view, which in general makes one appear slimmer.

Except of course when Shizune is angry and stares at you. (Even if she's angry at one of the other girls.)

Alot of people have a different concept of the meaning fat, when i think of fat i think of someone 15st+. However i know alot of people who would say that if someone has love handles that they are fat (some of my friends included)
I definitely wouldn't say she's fat IMO but she obviously would have love handles.

If I remember correctly, I didn't notice Misha's sprite was "bigger" than the rest of the girls, but considering my tendency of letting details go by that may not be much of a "I don't think Misha is fat" explanation.

And yeah I don't think Misha is fat, I love to think that she's more on the healthy side, though! I've had a few friends comment that they like how Misha is a bit larger than the other girls, and they don't see that often.

Well, going back on topic, again; from experience, skinny as twigs girls tend to not be as fun as other with a little more meat on their bones (i.e. other body shapes). Staying on the sidelines when people dance just looking pretty isn't fun enough if you ask me.
