Number thirteen is definitely Beethoven.

I thought Beethoven was supposed to be Nichol since s/he's the person who composed most of the music, but wasn't sure what the story was if that's the case.

Also the guy with the camera (9) is probably Yujovi (had to look up the name in the blog just now).

Caesius, these are pretty spot on. Though I think Crud is the guy playing games in front of the store. I know he has a headphone fetish, but the Miku bag next to him seems even more blatant than that. I think 19 is Suriko, an Australian. 22 is whoever the artist is for Hanako and Lilly... unless they have different artists. 7... math symbols... Delta? From here I don't know. I'm pretty sure half of these are wrong anyway.

Edit: Well, after poking around the Wikipedia page, it seems that Hanako and Lilly do indeed have seperate artists, raemz for Hanako, and Raide for Lilly. Maybe the artist and the acquaintance are both of those artists. If we knew their genders this would be easy. Though the one who is painting looks an awful lot like Takashi...
