Sorry to be such a douche, but as i'm sure Climatic realised, there is no 2022 Olympics (unless you meant that silly winter version).
I am sure the sign is just somebody's cruel idea of a joke.

I like how Shizune turned out.
It's a good thing Shizune is deaf, she is the only one who can stand (not) hearing "Wahaha~!" over and over.
