Yeah, if it's just three months, he'll be able to understand some things, and parrot things at best, but not have a real understanding of it. One possible idea, that was touched on briefly in act 1, is to write to each other. It might seem a little dopey at first, both of them sitting there with a marker and a whiteboard or something, but it's better than nothing. And with that, you can find a way to be intimate. Moreso than with Misha there.

that's one of the things i'm pointing out, So if Misha is always around... Or Hisao is learning sigh language from Misha, Isn't that more of Misha's part than Shizune?

This reminds me of something, a few years back I asked my mom for grand theft auto for christmas, she said, and I quote, "Hell No." We argued about that for months and months, and guess what, when I had finally given up all hope, christmas came around, and what was under the tree? Grand theft auto that's what!
