Kenji will be the paranoid cop who is out to stop Shizune and her cabal and who doesn't trust the vigilantism of Lilly and Hanako. Given the chance, Kenji would jail the dastardly duo, regardless of the fact that they, too, oppose Shizune. Emi and Rin would be the moe and comic relief side characters, respectively.

i'm asking for a clarification here. I understand that she used to play the cello and it was cut from act 1. But is it still true. Will be find out in a later act that she does play cello and it just didn't come up in act 1 or is it out altogether?
