I'd give it a little wagon with food and a bed, and occasionally take him places using the wagon. He'd never even have to move.

Hanako in a kitty costume. That would be a cute mascot. Or maybe Emi cuz she has more pep. I don't think Misha would be a good one though. To much energy.
