If that wasn't intentional, then its an astounding coincidence. She's got the hair color, hair style, no visible arms, a boyish looking uniform, and the tie. What exactly is that from anyway?

The KS girls were designed a long time before that miserable show, so no, it's not Rin. However, it may be her evil twin that bit her arms off before she was born?
