I think the sex is just normal,you can have the guy go with each girl and do maybe two or three H scenes and it'd be perfectly fine.

Now if you can "turn off" the H and play it sex-free I'd like that,that way we can have BOTH but I'm just hopeful everyone remembers that if the girls are human they'll WANT sex if they don't? .......

I plan to play it with the hentai scenes - as the thread I made shows, I'm curious what sex with the girls will be like. but you know, I wouldn't be curious at all if the demo hadn't totally gotten me into them as characters. I'm not really a porn guy, I haven't played any h-games, so that wasn't what drew me to KS. I didn't expect to get so into KS, didn't expect it to be this good, didn't expect the girls to be such well-written characters.

so, wanting to see the h-scenes is more about seeing how Hisao gets to that level of relationship with each of them, and how the relationship progresses to that point, and even what happens afterward. yeah, I'm actually hoping for afterglow scenes, whaddayaknow.

let's face it - if the game was all about the fucking, there would have been h-scenes in act 1. and that would have been just horrible.

The point is, there is sex-scenes, and whether you're playing for the plot or the fappage, the sex is going to happen at one point, and that's how it rolls. Everyone likes it for their own reasons. So...there's nothing left to say here.

I think you missed the point. We're not complaining about the sex and this thread wasn't made for that purpose, so there's no need to get defensive about it. This thread was made so those of us "playing for the plot" can get to know each other a little and discuss our opinions about VNs in general (H or not).

I think its a good idea to be able to turn off the sex scenes. I was impressed by the writing ability of everyone on the team, and i wanna see what they're gonna do next.
Sex is really only an add-on. There needs to be planning and such, and somehow my thought train just ended.

I'm not trying to be defensive. I was just stating how no matter how much we wanna play for the plot, there's going to be sex scenes, even if you choose to turn off the H-scenes they'll probably mention the sex and all. It's unavoidable. I probably should have just left out that last sentence, tho, to keep it from appearing like I was being defensive.

yeah, true, but think about it - there's more to writing than dialogue. part of what makes Hisao a great character is the way he's written, the stuff he says to himself(internal monologue? is that the right phrase?), things like that. I understand why you think the sex scenes might not be important to the story, but I'd bet money that Hisao thinks they're important to his story. so I'll keep them on.
