On Rin's inside:
  1. Get more cerulean blue
  2. Math assignment
  3. Remember to do painting of where lost socks go
  4. Nose itches

Now that I think about it, we don't know any of the girls all that well, do we? If they did have any inner sadness about their predicanemnts, it's not like they'd have told the main character yet. If this is going to be the case with any character, I'd picture it being either Shizune or Lilly. Whereas Rin and Emi seem the kinds to speak their minds plainly, Lilly's speech is carefully thought out and couched in layers of formality, while Shizune is forced to communicate via Misha, and so is unlikely to reveal anything personal to, well, anyone (other than maybe Misha herself). Both girls seem interested in projecting a certain 'image' to the outside world, while neither Rin nor Emi could give a crap each.

Hmm, now I've gone off-topic. Okay then, I shall use the magic wand to make Akira's clothes disappear, just because.

I don't think Emi has the software necessary to do otherwise.

I'd say give Rin arms anyway; she'd be quadridextrous (feet + hands, given years of practice until she's, like, 21).

So she'd be like a sexy orangutan?

The answer should be obvious.
Give yourself a new heart.

Why not 3? Then you'd have the strength of 4 men, and only two of them have arrhythmia!

Are ya gonna burn her before, during, or after having sex with her?

I vote during.
I'd love to do some jokes and puns while penetrating her burning vagina.
"Oh baby, you're so hot."
Can't think of good jokes, damn.

That seems to utterly defeat the purpose. Plus the fact she would probably hate you afterwards. I think I would use the magic wand to get rid of Lilly's blindness. Just seems like the correct choice to me.

Rape is always the best solution for a relationship where the girl tries to resist.

I think I had this discussion back in /a/ but...
Giving Lilly her sight might not be the best idea, considering she's been blind since birth.

Think of this: You give her sight, she freaks out because this is something completely foreign to her. She keeps herself in the corner of the room with her eyes closed and her palms covering her face while muttering weird, paranoid things. When you approach her, she holds on to you and starts your face to recognize you. You then notice she plucked her eyes out of the sockets and she now wants to do the same to you so you can feel as "safe" as she is feeling.
BAD END
Edit: YANDERE GOOD END

Magic? Like do-anything, first-class wish?
I'd have a few options:
1) Make that fire on Hanako's past to have never happened. Of course, this means that you never get to meet either her or Lilly, but that should be alright: love nurtures and places the happiness of the others above one's own. Besides, if you getting the magic wand was completely unrelated to her or Lilly, then there's another chance that, on the new history, you'll get the wand again.
2) If the previous fails, heal her skin.
3) Give Emi and Rin the ability to fuse into a single body, to switch between their bodies while they remain fused, and to reverse the fusion. Emi could have somebody to chatter at all day, and Rin could zone out the entire school day, only to separate from Emi for Emi to go to her running and Rin to her Art Club.
4) Ask Misha if she would want that ability with Shizune.

Masochism, D/s, humiliation, coprophilia, now rape...
I'm beginning to find this Saban fellow quite unlovable.
