Hello! I have a problem when play Katawa Shouji. When I play game crashed and return this error "IOError: Couldn't find file 'event/lilly_h.jpg'". Please help me, i can't find file "lilly_h.jpg"

Kind of odd, since there is not supposed to BE any file named "lilly_h.jpg" in the game. Please provide more information about your system and install.
