The closest thing you guys will get it is "
La Dolce Voce" from Silentcook. Even A22 lauded how accurate it is (other than the whole MishaxHisao part).

Simply enough. If they wanted to make a Misha path. It would probably be the same path as Shizune, but in the final scene, you would choose to give Misha the cat instead of Shizune
