I really haven't really given 'character voices' of this game much thought.

In a perfect world, Ellen Feis would voice Rin, too. And yeah, sorry, I've not been able to think of everyone at once and just post it here, once. I'll try to find a voice for everyone though.

I've only thought of two that would fit... and it's in english... and they aren't main characters:
The Nurse: Cam Clarke
Muto: Christopher Randolph

The only one I can really hear consistently is Haurko for Rin. The bluntness and the out-of-focus voice just seems to fit.

Also, Norio Wakamoto for your Homeroom Teacher (name escapes me at the moment). Only...speaking in English, without an accent...yeah.

Well, it is the most realistic of all of them.

btw Hanako sounds stoned, and Misha disturbed me.

I'm going by English Dubbed Voice Actors since that's how I normally my watch anime with.

Hanako: Definitely Stephanie Sheh using your Hinata voice, dead given for me.

Lily: I keep picturing her voiced by Julie Ann Taylor, who voiced Milly from Code Geass.

Emi: Karen Strassman using her Nanako voice from Persona 4.

Rin: Kate Higgins using her C.C. voice from Code Geass.

Misha: Kari Wahlgren using her Tsuruya voice from Haruhi Suzumiya.

Hisao: Either Crispin Freeman or Yuri Lowenthal.

Kenji: Greg Ayres, since he outburst are always funny.

I think if Hisao sounded like Crispin Freeman he'd have discovered his heart condition a long time ago. That voice is fearsome.

Hisao - Tomozaku Sugita/Nakamura Yuuichi
Nurse - TAMIO OHKI
Muto - Daisuke Ono. Think Sebastian. Or Ryunosuke Ohbayashi if we're going for deadpan snarker. Or Sugawara Takashi for sheer AWESOME.
Hideaki - lol i dunno

Emi - Yui Horie. You are now hearing Hanyuu.
Lilly - Kuwatani Natsuko (I have an Asakura Ryoko bias)
Rin - Chihara Minori. Face it, Yuki. N is totally Rin.
Misha - AYA FUCKING HIRANO. SO ANNOYING. Or maybe Matsuoka Yuki since her voice is a closer character fit..
Shizune - Kawasumi Ayako. You are now hearing Shizune as either SEIBAA or LAFIEL.
Yuuko - Miyuki Muroi. SHE'S PERFECT.
Akira - JUNKO IWAO JUNKO IWAO.
Hanako - TAMURA FUCKING YUKARI. (KANON. MAI.) Or Kadokawa Mai.
