It got Monoko (5 armed girl) from Yume Nikki, and one of the characters in the database was a aside character from Demon's Souls

Guessed Kagami Sumika [MuvLuv] in two attempts and Shiina Miyako [Majikoi] in three attempts. What kinda character database does this thing have? Cause these characters are like the exact opposite of mainstream. Have to try some character from an obscure untranslated VN. **goes to do research**

He coudn't guess:
-Arnis (from that gory fantasy manga)
-Pam (bondage fairies)
-Rick Grimes (walking dead)
-Butcher (the boys)
and some other I can't remember...

He couldn't guess this guy:
-Karl Fairburne (Sniper Elite, Sniper Elite V2)

Apparently, I managed to beat him a number of times after that. He failed to guess:
-Yanagi Nagi (Singer)
-Niiya Teiichi (Tasogare Otome x Amnesia)
-Chihiro Furuya (Sankarea)

Actually, Akinator stores information on what franchises you've picked characters from, and is exponentially more likely to guess from them afterwards. In other words, if he knows you like KS, he'll ask more KS-related questions, such as how many limbs they have or what color their hair is. That's how they make him seem smarter than he really is.
