It must be how they each have only one eye showing, Hanako has her hair over one and Adiane has an eyepatch. Also they are both pretty tall and slim, and they both have long, dark hair. They do look alot alike.

I wonder who the other Big 4 would be...

......If you think about it, it does make sense: Kamina/Misha and Yoko/Shizune had a thing before Kamina died (or Misha got rejected) and then Kittan/Hisao came to Yoko/shizune's side...also, the simon/nia pairing would come as hanako/lilly...
Mother of god, somehow it makes sense! :shock:
