Personally, despite being a die-hard Hanako fan, the scene I liked the most was going shopping with Lilly....

Considering that Japan seems to have the highest viewer-count by percentage and numbers, and a lot of people who can read and write English pretty well, I don't think the translation will be enough of an issue.
